FREE & EASY RETURNS

*RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Hopefully, you love your purchase, but if for some reason you change your mind, that is perfectly fine! THE RETURN SHIPPING COST IS ON US!
• Please make your return 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund of the cost of your order.
• We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items at this time and all returned items will be refunded once they've been received. If you need a different size or color of an item, then you'll need to place a new order. 

*RETURN POLICY

• Items purchased from Ohlala Kids are eligible for a full refund of the cost of your order if returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns postmarked after 30 days will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense. Items for returns must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. 
• If received damaged, items will be shipped back and subject to additional shipping costs. 
• Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
• A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund or exchange.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.

*REFUNDS

• We will send you an email as soon as your return package is delivered back to us. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

*LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
• If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@ohlalakids.com

    *SALES ITEMS
    • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

    *GIFTS
    • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
    • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
